Does Bardot have a first order promo code?
Yes, you can enjoy a first order discount at Bardot. You’ll get $20 off your first purchase when you sign up for the Bardot email newsletter. Once you’ve signed up, Bardot will send your unique code.
Does Bardot offer free shipping?
Bardot automatically offers free ground shipping to all orders of $150 or more. You will need to be located in a US contiguous state to be eligible. If your order is less than $150, ground shipping costs $10 per purchase. Bardot will usually process orders and dispatch within 2-5 working days, and orders are delivered within 2-8 business days from dispatch.
Can I shop at the Bardot dress sales?
Whilst Bardot has sales on its Australian website, there’s no dedicated sale page on its US one. However, we have seen discounts during key events such as Early Black Friday deals of 30% off dresses. This is applied at checkout and you will need to be signed up to the Bardot Next Gen loyalty program.
What is the Bardot return policy?
Any returns to Bardot can be made within 30 days for a refund or exchange. You’ll need to ensure items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags still attached. You should email the Bardot customer service team with your order number, name, style code, colour, size, and return reason code. Items excluded include earrings, hair accessories, lingerie, cosmetics, swimwear, and hosiery due to hygiene reasons.
